"We went in to Perkins to look at used Jeep SUV's due to an accident that totaled our previous vehicle. Cody came to talk to us about the options they had on the lot. Cody listened to everything we had to say and allowed us to explore on our terms without being pushy or disinterested. Cody allowed us to test drive the vehicles we wanted to and offered accurate information as we asked and was honest when he didn't have an answer and got one for us. Cody was very understanding that we were only looking due to awaiting our insurance money for our totaled vehicle. After we decided we liked one of the Jeeps, he brought us to his desk to crunch numbers and get us pre-approved so that when we were prepared to make the purchase, the process would be as painless as posible. Although we sat in the dealer for nearly 2 hours waiting for this to happen, Cody remained very personable. When we got the numbers, we were able to leave without being heckled or bothered for wanting to wait until we had our insurance pay out in hand. When we were ready, we came back and purchased an awesome Jeep that both my wife and I love.
