"I was apprehensive about the whole car buying experience, and tend to "think" a lot. We were first time buyers and also have an 18 month old. Throughout the whole process Frank was very patient and helpful as well as being kid friendly. He did everything he could do to help out and make the process as easy as possible. He was very informative, addressed all my questions, concerns and issues all while maintaing a friendly positive and informative attitude. Overall excellent experience and I hope to recieve the same from here on out."
