"I was having some 4x4 and turning issues with my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I knew one part that needed replaced and called and order the part and had the installation scheduled, along with a 4x4 diagnostic and overall vehicle inspection to fix everything one time and be done. I had about half a dozen things wrong that totaled up to about 1500 dollars when it was all said and done. What impressed me with my service was I had questions about each issue with my vehicle concerning what work would be done, and cost. Perkins was amazing when it came to answering my questions and even let me speak to the person doing the work to make sure I was satisfied. They did a great job! Its been about 4 weeks since the work was conducted and still no issues with any of the work. Special thanks to Brock who helped coordinate all work completed."
