"Went to the dealership with a specific vehicle in min, this being a 2011 Dodge caliber. When we arrived, it turns out it had just sold. Not to let this be a determent, Ernie walked us to the lot and answered every question we could come up with. He guided us in a direction to a vehicle that neither my wife or i would of thought of. Turns out he was spot on in showing us a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. The wife and I loved it at first drive.
