"This dealership's customer service and willingness to work with customers is phenomenal. Rick Romero spoke with us on our initial visit on the lot. He was friendly and informative and never pushy. We shopped around at other dealerships and found that Perkins really did offer the lowest prices and best deals. Ultimately, we came back to Perkins and made sure to deal with Rick. We really appreciated his knowledge and willingness to let us make our own decisions but still making it known that he'd love to have our business. During our buying experience, we were treated so well and felt important although we were definitely not the only customers in the showroom. Randy in Finance was very accomdating and friendly also. We had our kids with us the entire time and all of the staff was patient and friendly with them. Bottom line, this dealership is just the right about of personable and professional at the same time. I would, and plan to, recommend Perkins to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I can't say enough good things about our experience."
